Staff Overview
Nikki can instantly see the total monthly payroll, showing her each month's overall wage expenses at a glance. She also gets an overview of her total team size, their combined hourly rate, and total performance score for the month. This overview provides her with a quick snapshot of the team’s collective effort and costs.

Hours and Roles Summary
Nikki can track total hours worked and required hours for the month, alongside a count of the various roles on her team. These insights help her manage scheduling needs, ensuring each shift is staffed appropriately and no one is over (or under) worked.

Employee Directory
For quick reference, Nikki has a section with key details on each employee, she can use the slicer at the top to toggle each of them. This shows their Employee ID, Role, Name, Address, Date of Employment, and Contact. This helps Nikki easily connect with her staff and keep records updated.

Visual Breakdown of Staff Hours and Wages
Curious about how each role contributes to the restaurant? A chart breaks down hours worked by role so Nikki can understand where the most effort is going. Another chart shows each staff member’s monthly wage, providing insight into payroll distribution across her team.

Staff Details Table: A detailed table lists each staff member’s name, role, hourly rate, hours worked, and monthly wage. With this, Nikki has a clear view of each employee’s contributions and payroll impact, helping her make informed staffing and budgeting decisions.
